華星東方承建的山東省商河縣生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化工程于2021年11月19日開工建設。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project contracted by Huaxing East for Shanghe waste-to-energy plant at Shandong Province started construction on November 19, 2021.
工程整體效果圖
該項目總處理規(guī)模2X500 T/D，本期建設1臺500 T/D爐排爐式垃圾焚燒爐和1臺額定12 MW的凝汽式汽輪機和1臺12MW發(fā)電機組。二期增加1臺500噸的機械爐排爐，配置1臺12MW汽輪發(fā)電機組。煙氣處理采用SNCR＋旋轉噴霧半干法脫酸＋NAOH噴射系統(tǒng)（緊急）＋干法噴射＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除塵器+飛灰輸送、儲存及穩(wěn)定化工藝，為我司EPC工程。
The total capacity of the plant is 2X500 T/D. In this period, a 500 T/D grate furnace type incinerator, a condensing steam turbine rated at 12MW, and a 12MW generator set will be constructed. In phase II, a 500-ton mechanical grate furnace and a 12MW turbine will be added. FGC applied SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry deacidification + NAOH injection system for emergency + dry injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag house filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process. It is an EPC project of Huaxing East.
